The Digital Women’s Club is a route into the creative sector for women aged 16+ and living in London who are either unemployed or underemployed. The route might be full time employment, part time employment, starting a Company or becoming self employed. Or it might be simply gaining skills or qualifications along the way. Whatever the route, we are here to help.
The Club supports its members in the journey through this website which provides hosting space for mini-sites , ideal for networking and self promotion.
Some additional benefits our members enjoy are:
The Club organises a variety of short 'information sessions' from CV development to getting to grips with Vodcasting and Podcasting. We organise networking events / seminars for members, prospective employers, partners and support organistions. Once registered you have access to our list of creative jobs which we update daily.
It is free to join the Digital Women's Club and all our events are also free. To join the Club however you will need to register for one of our training courses delivered by our partners - (see menu to the right).
The Digital Women's Club is project managed by Toks Majek-Akisanya for CIDA and is funded through the combined might of the LDA and the ESF.
