Assistant producer, journalist, editor, events organizer and publicist - Annika Allen is a force to be reckoned with in the media world.

Having gained a 2.1 from The London College of Printing she has since gone on to write for New Nation, The Voice Newspaper, Street Cred Magazine, Pride Magazine and Positive People and is the editor and CEO of lifestyle publication Flavour Magazine and has also worked on award-winning TV programmes and interviewed many international celebrities and is always on the look out for new opportunities in this field.  

Annika has made it her job to interview and work with the most talented people in front and behind the camera from the music and entertainment industry. She has interviewed the likes of Outkast, Simon Webbe, Stephen Marley and Ciara to name but a few and she uses their star status to enlighten young people to the fact that their fame, money and bling were not achieved over night. Lethal B and Lisa Maffia chose to come to Annika to re-launch their careers and clothing brands Southpole and Jay Wilson have maximized the exposure of their brands with Annika’s help.

Annika has worked on award winning TV shows like Richard and Judy, Holiday Showdown and House of Tiny Tearaways and made shows for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4.
When not filming or interviewing stars Annika takes charge of her own business; Baby Girl Media – A TV production and events planning company. Annika has successfully organized and promoted London’s premiere RnB and Hip Hop karaoke party Breaking the Ice, which takes place the first Tuesday of every month at Favela Chic.  

Annika is inspired and hopes to one day have similar success to Oprah Winfrey and Simon Cowell and her motto is “Difficult takes a day and impossible takes a week if you keep your eyes on the prize.” With this attitude combined with her entrepreneurial spirit and sheer hard work and determination Annika is sure to go far.
